I should mention that since the apartment is in Brooklyn New York all residents have an exit to an emergency fire escape into the alleyway. And that what I have drawn isn't entirely up to scale, but I ran out of drawing room and felt I just could mention it later.

Floor 1 apartments are 1 bedroom, 1 bath or studios. Often for single members of a household.
Stud = Studio 
BT = Bathroom
KT = Kitchen

Floor 2 are 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments. In their original use they would have been used for two individuals sharing a household, though in this case it would be anyone who would like to room with another mutant member. 

Wash = A washing room to do your clothes.[/hider]

Floor 3 contains 2 bath, 2 bed apartments, 3 bed, 2 bath apartments, and one suite apartment that includes an office study space. In its traditional use these apartments would be used for lager families. But in Rogue X function its again anyone willing to room with other Mutants as space will be limited when our numbers grow.[/hider]

The Basement level is wear Timothy keeps his computer room, but it also a place for storage, janitorial maintenance, has another fire exit to an alleyway and wash rooms for anyone who doesn't have wash rooms included in their bedrooms.[/hider]
