I went ahead and made the OOC/IC (still designing IC). You guys can move all conversations over there. You cannot post your CSes in the Character Thread until I have approved them. I made the OOC because usually, I tend to get more players once it's up, so we'll see how that goes. I currently have the set stage as Japan, but I can always change it depending on how many people we get elsewhere.
