Hello, again! Glancing over this, the biggest concern I think probable players might have is in terms of plot. There's a set-up here regarding the powers, but there's not much of a "rising action," if you will, being insinuated. Like, what conflict(s) might present themselves to characters? Might they share a common ambition? 

Also, as a suggestion, the interest check appears to have additional details on the world. Transferring those to the official thread would be most obliged, I suspect. Expanding on the post-apocalyptic setting to the greatest extent that you can, too, would be especially helpful for inviting diverse characters, as well as giving players something to chew on and aptly visualize when constructing posts in the future.
