You just don't have [b]that much[/b] fun on a Federation starship - where's the violent humour and mating ritual? Where's the constant headbutting and use of melee weapons in a far future with particle weapons? Where's the Klingon Shakespeare and delicious, squirming, [i]Gagh[/i]! :lol

In all seriousness though, it's a toss-up between diversity and a potential case of 'too many cooks' if done wrong (that being in terms of the species/races and such of the Federation), or a limited RP for folks with little imagination, knowledge or a general dislike (or just not a great like) for Klingons.

I understand why most folks would go for the former.
