Not only was she acting like an 8-year-old, but the fact that she and Superman were related wasn’t exactly public knowledge. And her internal struggle must have been obvious, judging from people’s faces. Lara straightened her back, cleared her throat and prepared to explain away. Yet just as she opened her mouth, Superman went ahead: [color=6ecff6]“Everyone, I like to introduce you to the newest member of the Justice League: My daughter: Supergirl.”[/color] And with the strength of the Man of Steel he started a round of applause. Lara looked around, slightly smirking, yet also realizing the grim truth: This was the point of no return. She would never again feel like she used to.
