Her father hadn't said anything, so that was good enough for Guin. She figured if she was about to royally screw up, he'd let her know. Besides, electrical engineering was more his thing than it was hers. She tended to deal with computers, not cables. She could jailbreak an iPod in her sleep after all and used to claim that she had in fact done so. But it really had just been something she said when she was little to get her father's attention--his attention had always been hard to come by before he became Iron Man. "Fu--" Guin started to say, as Tony exclaimed a second too late not to connect those wires. The next second was a blur and she shut her eyes, giving her brain a minute to catch up. She had been inside of the plant and now she was outside, standing next to Silver Balls as he cockily ate a Twinkie. Guin didn't even know you could eat a Twinkie in a manner that said punch me, I'm a dick. Starkette huffed a bit, not certain whether to punch Quicksilver or to just insult him. She hated failure but she hated having other people notice her mistakes even more. It was practically a genetic trait. No Stark had ever done well with the fact that they had messed up, that they had been wrong about something. "Whatever," Guin said in response, turning to hide her face. Wolverine's words struck a chord with her and for a moment, she felt her eyes start to water. She had done her best. Maybe she just wasn't cut out to be a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. "I don't fucking gallivant," Starkette muttered, avoiding her father's gaze. "What do you wanna call this, then? Playing hero? It's stupid and you know it. You don't have powers, Guin. You're just a kid. Leave this to the professionals," Tony said sternly, maneuvering himself so Guin had to look him in the eye. "Leave me the fuck alone!" Guin snapped. "It's my goddamn life and my goddamn choices! I'm not a fucking kid!" She then started walking quickly over to the Blackbird, but not before taking her phone out of her pocket and throwing it at her father. She would've thrown her watch at him as well, but it was curiously missing. She figured she must've lost it amidst all of the fighting. Guin didn't want anything her father had given to her at that moment. "Guinevere Victoria Stark, come back here! We are not finished with this conversation!" Tony called out, sighing a bit as the phone hit the ground in front of him. All he got in response was the middle finger, before Guin put her fingers in her ears to block out Tony's voice. She even started saying la la la in order to highlight the effect. "Real mature!" Tony scoffed, before taking in the mutants around him. "So what's this? Avengers Little League?"
