It did bug her that he was going instead of her, but that couldn't be helped. She knew that she was in trouble, but that didn't mean she had to like anything about it. There were other reasons for Harper to go, besides the obvious fact that he was older, more experienced and knew more about ships than she did. Daphne was a little jealous of Harper in a way. The fact that he probably was a better flyer than she herself was the main reason though. Then again, she might be able to learn a few things from him if she paid attention. She kept working as she thought about this, moving crates, listening to Atticus only because she had to, and definitely not because she wanted to. It started to make her wonder where her sister had gone to, but she knew that she was not in any position to ask about that.
