I have said this before, Vessel wielders are supersoldiers with powers that normal people can't get even close to matching. This of it like the equivalent of FF-VII SOLDIER.

Of course the specifics varies based on each people's Vessel, so there's weaker knights and some that are far, far stronger without even training.
