[@TheWindel] Well, I've been informed that a male harpy is only born once every hundred years or so. That in mind, I was thinking I could make a male harpy, but have him be rather old to avoid conflicting with Syphax's birth date. Maybe a few hundred years or so, if that's alright? The catch, however, is that until the enslavement of his race, he didn't really do anything of worth for his race, essentially being a low-level soldier or what have you; with his enslavement, however, came experimentation upon him with... for now, let's call it demonically-corrupted Machina technology, in an effort to do terrible things to his body and mind. That, shall we say, worked as intended. Essentially, the guy's intelligence is massively increased, and he's mutated to have four wings rather than the usual two, amongst other minor physical improvements; but he goes pretty batshit crazy as a result. Not that that helps him escape without assistance, necessarily, but with time and crazy, it occurs to him that the nature of the Nexus and associated realms has a degree of metaphysicality that can be messed with for greater effect than mere physical technology, starting with repurposing the item that gave him such insight once he's finally freed. Thus begins his journey over the past few months into extreme body modification - weird bits of tech are stolen or otherwise acquired, reverse-engineered, and implanted into his body, including a bunch of Machina stuff from KC-00032, but also including angelic and demonic technology and/or biomods as needed. I figure, amongst other things, that could include physiological changes that alter the appearance of his wings between the three factions, which would be a pretty cool aesthetic in my mind.
