[@jynmi88] Mmm...sort of I guess? Except that it sort of just, like...comes out of him and he doesn't need any artistic skills to create it. Only the ability to picture it in his head. And you couldn't tell the difference between the real thing and an ink imitation. Except for one thing: each imitation is still made of ink. So if he makes a "human" then it would "bleed" black ink instead of blood and would wash away if submerged in water.

I'll think more on the character who wields it in the future, but I was definitely thinking either a Warlord or a member of the Marines.
