The source of the sound that had brought her back to life was that of her stomach rumbling furiously. It was then that Ramona remembered that she had not had a meal since the night before, when she first boarded the train. "Hmmm..." She moaned as her eyes slid, glancing at the clock on her nightstand. It was just a little past noon. According to the schedule she had just recieved, all students should be at the cafeteria eating lunch. "Perfect." Ray thought happily as she scooted out of bed. One of her favorite things other than sword play was food. Especially when it came to pasta or dessert. She stood up, walking towards the bathroom in order to get ready to face the public. Her brush sat idly on the bathroom sink. Picking it up, she began to work out horrible knots that she usually got after a good nap. This would be her first day at a normal school. No longer would she be known as the "Captains daughter." Today she was Ramona. A simple highschooler. She made her way over to the walk in closet the dorm room had offered. It was barren, only approximately one/fourth of it was currently being used. For a moment she stared at her armor, wanting to reach out and put it on like shes always had. It was the first time in years that she would be seen out in public without the metal frame hiding her figure. Taking a deep breath, she moved the armor aside and picked out one of the school uniforms used for chilly weather. The white button up had been a perfect fit. Her D-cups which were usually hidden, were the only part of her anatomy that had been struggling against the fabric. The shirt had been tucked into her plaid skirt, the hem ending just above her knees. In turn, this made her curvy frame even more apparent. Her hourglass figure only being complimented by the schools mandatory dress code. Accompanying the outfit was a pair of black thigh-highs and dress shoes. The only difference that made her stand out from the rest of the student body, (other than her fiery hair) was her silver sword that hung off of her wide hips. She knew how odd it must have looked for her to still carry her sword... but she didnt care. Without her armor on Ray felt naked, defenseless even. The sword had been her only comfort and without it, she didnt think she could face social encounters. After finally being dressed and ready for the days events, Ramona pulled out the map of the school and started heading towards the cafeteria. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After maneuvering her way through the lunch line and loading her tray with a good balance of protein and essential vitamins, Ray stood near the dining halls entrance unsure of what to do next. She looked around for a place to sit but saw no empty tables. Due to her upbringing, she thought it rude to just invite herself to sit among stangers. For a moment she thought about possibly taking her food outside since it was against the rules to eat anywhere other than the cafeteria building. Unsure of what to do, she simply just stood there like a dumbass.
