[@Spiffy]The problem with that is that soon enough (if we open that gate again) the RP will have no uniqueness around. Making the characters that can't copy powers completely irrelevant.

Artoria was a relatively good idea, whose potential was squandered, sadly, but after she got done for, I don't think that we will ever allow anymore permanent power copying in the RP from now on.
