They're not actually Dragon Tooth Warriors, they're just regular skellies. Whether that makes them weaker or stronger is up for debate, as the strength of the Dragon Tooth Warriors is never really established in canon, but since Shirou can crush them with a Reinforced bokken, I'd say they're probably about as durable as regular bones.
