This wouldn't be quite enough to trigger it, I'd think, so no rolls. This is mostly just harmless tickling by Berserker's standards (so only medium-sized flesh wounds lol), though I'd be willing to wager a [i]sane[/i] Berserker would be able to dodge a lot of this anyway. 

To answer your question, I can really only see ME being triggered by High Thaumaturgy or Servant fights, not spellspam from run-of-the-mill magi.
