Even if Royus had already asked him that question, Fitz wouldn't have minded. There was something calming about old people, though with Fitz' stutter, it'd be hard to imagine that he was ever calm. It took a bit of time around a person before the stutter went away, and even then, it'd still come out on occasion. It was just who he was at this point. "N-not too long. A day or two," Fitz answered. His transport shuttle from Osiris had docked in late the previous night, leaving Fitz to find some accommodations. His plan for the day had been to find a ship to get passage on, but time had slipped away from him. There wasn't any great rush either. He'd find a ship the next day, perhaps. Maybe he'd even bump into Daphne again. He'd like that. "I-I'm hoping to find a ship that needs passengers or an engineer," Fitz then added. He doubted that Royus would have any recommendations, but then again, it didn't hurt to mention it. Besides, playing a game of chess in the back of a toy store with an elderly gentleman was rather nice. Fitz even would've made good on his offer and slowly turned Royus into a robot if the man wanted. He struck Fitz as a kindly soul, someone that could be trusted and someone that deserved the best in life.
