It's all about the players man. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's about the possibilities, loyalty and that sense of community. If it's fostered well we might just be able to pull through. Assuming everyone is willing to go the distance lol.

If I gave a suggestion on time I'd probably say Sunday or Monday as far as a deadline, even if not a hard deadline, goes.
