[u][b]Clan:[/b][/u] Otsutsuki - The Otsutsuki clan has a fairly unique history. Nothing about their origin is publicly known. They are considered the lesser branch of the Hyuuga clan, and are told they are impure inheritors of the bloodline. While this cannot be farther from the truth, it is the professed word of the main branch, the Hyuuga. For decades the Hyuuga have hid the secret origin of the Otsutsuki because they fear the consequences of an Otsutsuki learning to master the full potential of their bloodline. 

This fear began the tradition of branding Otsutsuki at birth with a cursed seal that restricts their power and prevents them from reaching their full potential. However, every once in a while there is a member of the clan born too powerful even for a powerful cursed seal to contain. At this point they are branded a monster, exiled from the village, or most commonly, murdered and covered up 9/11 style.

[u][b]Traits:[/b][/u] Kai has exceptionally large chakra reserves and his chakra control is on point. He is extremely fast and agile for a Shinobi of his rank. [/hider]

[hider=Personal Data][u][b]History:[/b][/u]  Kai had the unfortunate disposition of being born into the Otsutsuki clan. He would never have guessed that it could one day be a blessing. He currently believes it to be nothing more than a life of servitude and shame as that is all he has known. Despising authority his entire life he was forced to obey the Hyuuga clan since birth. He was bullied by the main branch his entire life and was turned into nothing more than a weapon to be used as fodder to protect the main branch and the Hyuuga expected and almost wished for him to die in the process so he could never grow to truly understand what his clan really is. 

His mother went wild and was killed by the Hyuuga main branch and several other Shinobi. The details of his mother's death are still unknown to Kai and most Shinobi to this day. His father died in battle protecting the main branch during the Second Great War. He was simply raised as a pawn to the main branch his entire life. 

[u][b]Personality:[/b][/u] Kai has a longing deep in his heart to find the truth out about his clan and why they are servants to their Hyuuga masters. He questions everything and has had a problem with authority ever since he was a child, creating a deep void within himself that begs for answers. This has caused him a great resentment, but hiding all of this and remaining subservient has led him to become a very calm, disciplined individual. However, there are times when he cannot contain his emotions and the pain and rage felt inside explode.
