If you check the Vampire: The Dark Ages (not the one where that ritle is in reverse) core, you'll see that a regular Brujah elder could fit the philosopher-king idea as well. They just might have more of a struggle living up to the ideal because of the clan flaw. They would also likely be downright dissapointed in the chronic anarchism of the rest of their clan.
