[@McHaggis] I was thinking someone about 28-35 years old who utilizes the lightning only in his weapons. (i.e. sword, dagger). He cannot fire it off safely at all and rarely uses it due to it being seen from everywhere. As a spy he only uses it as a last resort. When I said head spy I meant the head in ba sing se.
