[u]Magical Girl Appearance[/u]: Her hair gains purple highlights, her uniform darkens to a black top with a dark purple skirt, and her shoes transform to black thigh-high boots with two-inch heels. Wears her Spiritstone on her left hip, attached to her skirt.

[u]Personality[/u]: Slow to make friends and occasionally mistaken for cold, but, in truth, very caring and faithful to those she allows into her inner circle. She's honest, often harshly so, but rarely means to cause offense. A lazy academic, she finds learning fun in and of itself, but makes little effort to excell in her studies.

[u]Bio[/u]: 
	Born in a thoroughly boring small town in the American Midwest, Valerie came into her powers during a powerful storm when she was 13. As the wind threw all sorts of debris around, a particularly powerful gust sent her flying towards a wall headfirst. Desperately, she threw her arms in front of her, hoping to at least catch herself and stop her head from being cracked open. To her great surprise, she found herself slowing and, with a little mental effort, managed to lower herself to the ground, where she grabbed the nearest secure object and even made herself too heavy for the wind to grab again.
	Valerie had difficulty finding a purpose for her newfound abilities until she was contacted by Heartshine High. Initially, she embraced her studies, but, recently, her enthusiasm has begun to wane.
