Well since Szeren, Natsu, and Regina were all discussing a course of action, either Regina and Szeren were doing so only among themselves and thus cutting the others out of the loop, Natsu was doing the same to himself, or they had tried to raise their voices to attract the notice of the other cadets. 

And Leblanc is keeping abreast of the noises around her. Body manipulation makes her senses rather exceptional if she's actively trying to detect something by her own senses. Makes eating rations easier when she can turn off her taste buds, too :3
