Alright, seems cool, though the semblance seems almost borderline op, being able to hit anything he can see, and come back to him.  I would suggest picking one or the other, aura guided toss, or returning weapon, as it seems like two different abilities, personally.

As for clogging up the characters tab, you can always edit your post, rather than repost with changes.
