I was not aware that Yorum had any significant quantity of goblin slaves. We haven't (to my knowledge) canonized the spread of sizeable populations of Rovaick far from the Ironhearts (there [s]are[/s] were a lot in Xerxes, but that's basically in the foothills). That said, it makes sense for Rovaick to start spreading outwards (mostly just those with Sularn's Oath, though, since the others are trapped inside the mountains in fear of being attacked by White Giants). Anyway, enslaving significant quantities of goblins and shipping them to Yorum would be a significant logistical endeavour and probably one with notable societal impact. Doable, but not trivial.
Rovaick have a small canonised presence in Yorum. The tedar beastmaster mercenary that was with the attacking army against Loralom is probably the only written example, but they're there. Remember that the northern end and tip of the ironhearts bends out west quite a ways. They don't have to hoof it or sail all the way around the white ocean. The alternative overland route is past the steppes and the jungle tree. While that presents its own dangers, it sets a precedent for a slave trading route via the humans that live in the steppe and the tree. Goblin slaves in Loralom in particular were present on the kingdom info sheet I made way back when Loralom was first canonised. I wouldn't call them a 'significant' quantity as most of the slaves are still hain, but they are the second most common race in Loralom's slave population. In the entire Loralom city state, there would be no more than seven thousand goblins right now, which isn't a lot compared to the overall population.
