On the nature of collabs, I don’t like them. I understand your point. I myself think that collabs can kind of cut off the 'flow' of the writing, certain things repeat themselves as well since, obviously, it's being written by multiple people rather than just a person. But I also think it can create organic dialogue when done properly.

I don't know whether if solo posts aren't popular or not. I think that they are mostly the majority. I got used to collabs in another RP that I'm participating in because of the sheer amount of characters in any one given time - it helps streamline dialogue and action, and you can have multiple actions and reactions in one post be it combat or conversation, rather than having posts end with cliffhangers constantly.
