Gotta agree with [@Pirouette], although I'm not sure exactly what you could shift the quirk to exactly. 

Also Piro, I gotta say that's some legit thinking. 
Later down the line though we'll also need to factor in him using the fire to his advantage lol 
Kind of like how Red Hulk could use it (Thinking objectively he is kind of like a slightly weaker mash up of Hulk and Red Hulk power wise).
And yeah, her using liquid could serve to lower her chances of winning. That's also the chance that if she began to lower the temperature to create a solid she could add to her attack strength, "freeze" the substance around opponents, and stuff.
