The scary Vlad offering 'a reward' for completing a course hadn't helped Becca with her confidence at all, but Jakobe speaking to her had helped her focus. She stopped shifting in and out of focus, looking at the much taller man and giving him a small smile.

"Hey...is everything ok?" she whispered quietly, trying to put on a front of confidence for the man "I'm ok. Honest. Just a little nervous." She took a deep breath, then looked to Vlad "I think we're ready. What's first?"
