Hey I am interested in joining this part of the persistent world RP, but I wanted to know if it is okay to make a hand full (three) groups to exist on Frixion Prime? I was planing on making two highly active, fast growing underworld gang groups as well as a mystery character that would act through three other intermediaries and go by aliases?
