[center]Dalek Sec was part of the seventh incursion squad, they were assigned to completely exterminate the Mechonoids - large spherical robots built by humans and abandoned after humanity went to war. The leader of the attack was Dalek Sec. His cunning and wit was the deciding factor of the battle, this earned him a promotion to the Cult of Skaro, there, he was given his name.

He was selected to be the leader of The Cult of Skaro, it was a secret order created to imagine and adopt new ways of survival, that is the main purpose of The Cult; it is exemplified by the fact that the four members of The cult have individual names - an abhorrent idea to the Daleks. The Cult was a separate entity to the Dalek Empire, though, they still revered the Dalek Emperor. If the Emperor were to die or for some reason become unreachable, Dalek Sec would be the most likely candidate to lead the remaining Daleks and continue the legacy of the Emperor.

The cult of Skaro also served during the [i]Time War[/i] against the Gallifreyans - otherwise known as Timelords - and very nearly won, however, a Gallifreyan known as [i]The Doctor[/i], prevented the fall of Gallifrey, and obliterated the Dalek forces by freezing Gallifrey in a single moment and sending it into another universe, effectively allowing the surrounding Daleks to fire into one another when Gallifrey disappeared. The Cult escaped the Chaos, slipping in between reality only to return some time later in their Void Ship.

Before that point however, the Daleks experienced an anomaly. Time froze and space stretched, the stars disappeared one by one, the space around them tore open and time started to lurch forward, ever so slightly forward. They were being dragged into another universe, the Array. Dalek Sec theorized that it might have been because of Gallifrey disappearing so suddenly and their proximity to the event. Whatever the case, the aftermath was harsh. Many Dalek Saucers crashed, millions of Daleks scattered, missing, and unaccounted for. At that point Dalek Sec took command and gathered what he could to rebuild and strengthen the Daleks position in the Array.[/center]

This is further proven when Daleks can hack into terminals whilst trying thousands of possible combinations in mere seconds, travel through time, and slip in between realities. (And that's just a few feats of their intelligence and comprehension)[/center]

[center]He is encased in a version of [url=http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Dalekanium]Dalekanium[/url] that is more resistant than the regular, it's called [url=http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Metalert]metalert[/url]. He -like the other members of The Cult of Skaro- was equipped with a Temporal shift device, this allows Sec to travel through both time and space selectively.[/center]
