[@Old Amsterdam] I don't think it is too powerful in power respects, I think the issue I am having is it would give one side possibly too much if an advantage. At the start of this RP, it is going to be small groups of subterfuge, and having those kind of powers tilts the scales a little too much, so after reading if, I would push you to possibly try another power? That is if you are still interested. If not I understand.
