Personally speaking, I don't believe in making things particularly fancy, but the template is what came out in this case. It's fairly simple if you can copy the template, put the text into the appropriate sections, and use a find function to replace all the ??? symbols. I believe it's pretty much required (at the very least, the meat of what appears on the sheet is supposed to be there) but you may be able to work something out with [@HushedWhispers].

At the very least, while you handle the template question, you can figure out a name, base image, physical description, personality and backstory.
