Haruka Sanegeyama
Clemont's direct praise towards her made Haruka blush a pretty bright shade of pink. She anticipated feeling an immense, crushing pressure from being pointed out, but when it came along with a compliment? It was different. Kind of nice, even. She smiled back, and though she didn't say anything aloud (she knew damn well she'd be fumbling over her words and would ruin the moment) she shot Clemont a nice thumbs-up. Very smooth. When he continued on with his lessons, Haruka settled back into her seat and listened, taking in the information he relayed to the class. "Onigiri, huh? Can't be too hard," Haruka thought. Her dad made it all the time, and she had helped him do it when she was a kid. Well, kind of. At best, she just sort of handed him handfulls of rice that he'd touch up with shaping or sprinkled the seed toppings across the finished product. But it was simple, thank goodness for that, and the only real potential for disaster she could imagine was making the rice overflow while it cooked. She wasn't used to fancy, classic instruments. A rice cooker was about one of the few things she knew how to use, given the ease of it's "drop in and ignore for a while" manner of cooking. Of course, since nothing could be easy, she began to complicate things for herself. "Hm, what about filling? I like the tuna ones dad does...But what are the ingredients for that? Damn it. Okay, not that one. Anko, maybe? No, no, no, that would be too sweet..." Biting her lip, she began to feel a bit nervous again. She didn't want to make the most bog standard example of herself possible, but if she went a step further, that only increased her chances of failure. "Come on, idiot, can't you even get through one thing that's even a little hard without freaking out?" She silently scolded herself, trying to get a handle on the situation again. Her leg began to shake, heel bouncing off the floor at a pace that was more rapid than someone would think a girl of her build could manage to move at. It stopped suddenly when Donny approached and spoke to her, and she looked up to him with her current expression of overflowing anxiety. It wasn't until she had a few seconds to realize it was him and see what he was holding did she calm down, just in time for him to ask her a proper question. "My god, you're a savior," Haruka thought, nodding as she swallowed a knot in her throat before she spoke up. "Y-yeah, if that's not t-too much trouble?" She answered, getting out of her seat and straightening out her uniform a bit. She hesitated for a moment, but then stuck a hand out. People greeted like this, she was pretty sure. "I, uh, I'm Haruka. S-Sanegeyama." [@Lucius Cypher]
