You can sit on them. Also there's no cap, but gaining them is rare. I would ration their use for moments where they're most useful or when you're forced to use one.

I'm going to have contemplate this all things considered, since I went into this knowing Time Lord tier factions were a bit too high. There's also the fleet size, too. You can PM me if you want to discuss it while I think.

Your faction is [b]Approved[/b]. Via PM could you give me a more in depth overview of what Orlanth can do? It's to your benefit because I was considering putting him to TR 1 since he feels like a Lugh/Hero King type figure upon rexamination.

I'm fine with the Rangers, you may want to add a OoB in case they get into any battles. Regarding your character, there were some concerns that Cryokinesis wasn't a Starcraft thing and that PSI rating 9 was really high. I'm not really a starcraft person so I'll need some explanation on both especially the former. If I get that, consider yourself [b]Approved[/b].
