But it is worth noting that, if a rival for Ryu is going to be put into place, they would need to be controlled by one of you two. Since odds are, Ryu will be fighting with them, and it'd be a bit awkward for me to RP out a fight on my own. xD

Hmmm.  Yeah, I suppose most liquids being enough to cause harm is good enough of an ability.  So that works for me!

Also, I wouldn't mind playing your characters rival since I don't think @grandia20 likes playing other people's characters.  

I've actually been working on an idea for a devil fruit, but its a bit OP at the moment.  Its the market=market fruit, a paramecia type devil fruit that allows the user to move physical properties from one item to another.  Its similar to Law's Ope-Ope no mi in that it uses fields, but instead of a single massive field this one will have two that the user can freely control with their left and right hands.  One field will be used for removing properties while the other will be used for attaching them.
