Garfield watched as Serenity tried to break some ice off them by trying to get them to talk. Unfortunately, none of them exactly wanted to speak up to respond. He wanted to try, but he his head was buzzing right now and he couldn't think straight. He lowered his head and was now staring at floor with his right hand covering his ear. He took multiple deep breaths. He was currently unaware of what was happening, but thankfully, nothing really did happen. He then turned to look at the mass of flesh he had come to know as Howard. You could say that the guy wasn't exactly the prettiest sight. Garfield wasn't bothered by his appearance, but he was one of the few who didn't run away almost immediately at the horrid sight of Howard walking - trudging - into the room. He was like a walking nigthmare, to be perfectly honest and anyone would stay away if they didn't know better. Garfield knew better, though. Howard was a very nice... person. The mass of flesh was a great friend most of the time and he knew how to keep the mood relatively light. Garfield has been able to talk with him whenever Serenity was unavailable - though kept a relatively high amount of information undisclosed. Perhaps one day. Garfield gave Howard a mere wave. Serenity began to speak and he turned his full attention to her. Upon seeing the flyer, he tilted his head to the side. A... Haunted House? He expected this to be some sort of mission, but he guessed Serenity had her reasons. And indeed she did, it was for them to bond. Garfield didn't argue, perhaps it would be good for them all. He personally couldn't say much of anything but at least there would be more people to understand his odd circumstances just in case those who can handle it weren't present. Umbra then asked, what of the others who didn't look like humans? Indeed, a lot of them looked more like monsters and could barely step outside before someone would glare at them. Actually, they were very limited. Serenity then told them what to do. Garfield assumed he would be the one who would also go to the Haunted House, considering the fact that he was human. "What time do we leave Serenity?" He figured at least showing some enthusiasm would please her. He wasn't too sure about the Haunted House place really - who knows what could happen when they accidentally do something they didn't mean to do because of fear? Garfield pushed those thoughts back to his head. No need to worry about that. Hopefully.
