Her head moved slightly and it juggled her mind awake again, this time she was elevated to some degree and something soft supported her red head. Was this… a lap? And was something… no, someone, stroking her head. A small moans left her full lips when the stroking stopped. That felt nice. It wasn’t long before Cal drifted off again, this time to sleep. Her body shifted on the bench, rolling to face towards his stomach. Her arms slid up between her and the back of the bench gripping onto his shirt as if it was something important to her. For a brief moment, everything as right in her world and her whole body relaxed. However, that didn’t last long before her thoughts came back into her mind and her eyes sprung open. “Oh!” She exclaimed before bolting upwards. However with Calamity’s lack of understanding of personal space, she did not move away from him. In fact she kept eye contact the entire time as she bolted upwards. Through her red waves she made out a face, a face that looked rather surprised. “Hi.” Her full lips spread into a bright white smile as she gazed at the young man. “How are y—“ Her words were cut off and her body fell forward, her forehead landing on his shoulder. “Ugh… my head hurts…” She said softly into the cloth on his shoulder as a heavy breathe left her. “Boy that hurt… I don’t remember the last time I’ve felt so light-headed and my back hurt this bad…” Her breathing was shaky as she pulled herself from his shoulder and gazed at him. “For a second I was seeing stars.” She said with a laugh, a laugh meant mainly for herself. Boy she was funny! That was until she focused her eye contact back on him and she let out a gasp. “WOW!” She claimed excitedly. “Look at you! This is my lucky night!” Placing her hands on each side of his face she leaned closer, staring straight at him with her sparkling crystal blue eyes. “I was seeing the stars… stars… in your e…” Again her words were cut off before her hands dropped from his face and her head fell on his shoulder again. “Oh my brain is fuzzy… I feel like someone’s in my head with a jackhammer just going to town…” Her face crunched together in pain; between her head and her back, she was hurting and she could tell… without fail, that flying would not be an option.
