Vergo, one of the strongest Haki users in the series, was capable of this. And that's pretty much it.

As for the Geppo comment, I have come up with a cool little experiment you can try at home, that's sure to impress the ladies. Try throwing a punch like normal, except halfway through the swing just throw your arm in another random direction.

After a few tries, you may begin to notice a peculiar trend. Its awfully hard to hit your intended target, isn't it?
