[@mattmanganon]technically, it was Luthor that killed him.  anarchy was just going to imprison him sans powers.  So, if he's coming to collect Anarchy's head, Anarchy will show him body cam footage of the real target, and pay him a bonus for his arrest and extradition to another world.
