I wanted to check with you regarding the curse. Last night before bed I was reading up on Akito since I remember their portrayal was different from the manga version. I remember him being female in the manga (which I never finished but I got close enough haha) and I assume we're keeping him male for our story. But regarding the curse I couldn't find much regarding Akito's death tied to the curse. I recall him being told he'd die young due to his sickness but I don't know if that's curse-related, but we can make it curse-related. I also didn't know zodiac members have to follow his orders because he's the literal God of the family. I just thought they had to get permission but then could do whatever they want. Apparently the cursed have no choice but to obey Akito's orders literally, which is super crazy. But supposedly a member who finds true love could break the curse for themselves.

So by Momiji's logic the curse breaks if Akito dies? Should we also have another means like the true love thing maybe? Of course it's something Momiji and Tohru would find out on their own way down the line. We can't have instant romances haha. And it also sounds like Momiji had legit feelings for Tohru too so I wasn't imagining things. And my heart breaks even more because of it.
