Oh man, that's a lot of rules. I think we can decide which one we will follow. For example, the one about using any kind of writing utensil rule would be cancelled out by the existence of our own Death Pen and etc. Maybe having a basic running list of them in the OP is a good idea just to keep track? 

And yeah, let's just start at the school. I don't know if it will necessarily be in the same place. But it would at least be on the same campus.
