Well, my character is currently working behind the scenes to build up an army of loyal minions. Depending on your characters' plans, my villain would be happy to 'enhance' any minions your character has. Like a gang boss paying this guy to buff up his thugs. Alternatively, if your character doesn't normally possess minions, my character could be a benefactor of yours, providing you with useful soldiers.

Considering my character's most powerful in a support role, he'd be an excellent ally to have.... (=
