You seemed to have missed the part where I said that isn't a determinable issue until they're actually writing it. We can't predict what might happen. Based on that, we can't ask them to define anything until we see how they're going to write things out.

EDIT: I know I didn't specify what wasn't a determinable issue when I passed judgement, but this was one of them. We just need to wait and see what happens before we know what the issues actually are.
