All Fran's traps would be for vain, at least if the battle stayed as it currently was. With none of the Angels or the Machina taking to the catacombs currently, save the lazily flying Pink, they would have little effect. But perhaps someone would flee underground later from the carnage up above. Between the traps and the flowers, they'd likely have a very bad time.

Finding Pink would be both very hard, and very easy. First, Fran would have to cross roughly 65 km of winding passageways. But once she got within 4 KM, there would be telltale pink wisps guiding Fran to Pink, so vast was her wide collection radius now.
