A born leader like most Qari Imperials, Irisara is quick to take control over any situation she finds herself in. Rarely does she let someone else take the lead unless they prove themselves worthy and even then she questions their decisions but only to ensure it is well thought out. Meticulous to a fault, Irisara does not tolerate mediocrity on her part or anyone under her command. While slow to call someone her friend, those who are given that honor have a close ally for life. Unfortunately she holds a great deal of animosity towards humans due to her family's past. As a result, she can appear standoffish in conversation to non-Qari and indignant to humans.

[h2]Biography[/h2]
Born on the Imperial homeworld of Nalroka, Irisara's ancestry is rooted in military serive to the empire. Her grandparents on both sides fought in the war against humanity. Her parents, Theron and Lysandra Sironexios were two Imperial officers with numerous awards for their service. And her older brother Nikias was enlisted in the Imperial Infantry. Upon graduating from Infantry Academy, Nikias was stationed on Hairuta to aid with the stabilization of the border planet. During his time there the Imperial Infantry worked to ward off pirates from the local space who intended to pillage the weakened Qari frontier. Nikias was aboard the I.M.V. Vensicatus when it was ambushed by a fleet of pirates while on a patrol of the Hairuta's solar system. Outnumbered by a good margin, The Vensicatus knew it was not a fight it could win but there was no way out except through. 

Despite being outnumbered, The Vensicatus was armed with more advanced weaponry. The following confrontation left most of the pirate fleet destroyed or in desperate need of repair. The Vensicatus however, was not so fortunate. After taking severe damage to the rear hull, The Vensicatus's powercore began to overload, causing a massive explosion and destroying much of the ship and its crew. Nikias was among the many who perished in that battle, staying behind on the ship in an attempt to help more crewmen to the escape pods.

When news reached Nalroka it was met with outrage, to make matters worse it was a human pirate fleet. Some considered it to be a conspiracy orchestrated by the Federation to ignite a second war. For a while it felt as if the two powers would truly go to war once more but diplomatic talks resolved the situation. However the situation was far from resolved with Irisa. The humans had taken her brother from her, they had taken so many sons and daughters of the empire. For a long time there was a great deal of anger in her, fueling her to join the Imperial Infantry. 

Graduating at the top of her class from the academy, she went on to become an officer. With this rank she oversaw the operations of a unit that would go on to be nicknamed "The Sifvossi" for their efforts in unifying the empire's territory. Even with all the accolades given to her and her men, it was not enough to calm her soul. For Irisara, in her heart there would be an unquenchable fire burning to see her brother's death avenged.

She would never get that chance, instead she received a constant reminder of her inability to do so. The ship she was stationed on, The I.M.V. Seravatin, was sent to the trade planet of Faren V as part of a diplomatic mission to ease tension between the Empire and the Federation as well as protect the trade routes going through the system. A job many would have taken as a reward was met with scorn by the young officer. Faren V was a popular trade hub known for its busy trade centers as well as thriving nightlife. In fact, Faren V is among the chosen destinations for soldiers on shore leave.

The Imperial Support & Control Device is a small handheld device which provides an overshield to designated allies within a certain radius. To designate overshield recipients, the ISCD needs only to come into contact with the recipient's EVA suit or armor. Non designated targets i.e. enemies who enter the radius of the device's influence receive an electric overload to any internal electronics thus rendering them inoperable. What's more, the overload also sends a powerful electric current through the body which range in severity to temporary immobilization to unconsciousness.

[h2]Relationships[/h2]
With her only living family member being her mother, Irisara holds a close bond with her and visits her home on Nalroka whenever she is given leave. Aside from family bonds, Irisara is popular amongst her men for her fair leadership and treatment. As for romantic partners, there is little time in the young officers busy schedule for romance and so she currently has no partner nor does she desire one.
