He resumed his casual walk through the doors once she had caught up with him, taking them down a long hallway, with floors made of dark marble stones that matched the doors, except there were no precious stones in them. There were round sconces with water and lit candles in them ever few feet on small half moon shaped tables on either side of them as they walked, and the eastern wall had oval windows every yard or so that let in the almost gray light of what was afternoon there. They passed a feel wooden doors, the wood being so dark it was nearly black itself, but did not stop at one, they just kept going towards the opening at the end of the hall. In the distance, a great, wide, spiral staircase could be seen stretching up six stories, and it was in the very middle of a extremely bright, white room at the end of the hall. The room was so large it could have easily fit a large mall from where she came from inside. It was round, and so white it was almost blinding coming from the mildly lit hallway into a large, circular white room that toward siz stories up. The wide, spiral staircase in the middle was made of the same dark marble she had seen before in the hall, and a dark crimson plush rug was in the middle, stretching from the first step all the way up it seemed. There were a few French style chaise lounge chairs, scattered throughout the huge, rounded room, with black plush cushioning and white painted wood supports. There were also small round, cushioned stools scattered throughout the room with the same black cushioning, but it seemed they were used as little tables, some having plates of fruits, others having black, round, pillar candles at least a foot high on them. There were for entrance ways, one from the North, South, East, and West, the one they had come from being the South it seemed. He stopped by a stool, picking up a slab of medium-rare meat of some sort, tearing into it as he paused to glance at her. She had such indignation, it puzzled him. He nodded to the stairs, finishing up the last of the meat. [s]Up on the third floor, you will find a door made of the darkest of Saphires that has a curve door frame at the top. Wait there, I will be around directly. That is the bath and leisure aquatics room, I will go fetch a servant or maid to come tend to us as we see fit.[/s] With that he walked off towards the western entrance, which led into a hallway of plain, gray colored stones with only a few lit torches on the wall, and turned off into one of the side doors, leaving her where she was.
