Faction Leader/Government:  Crowned republic
Brief Description of Technology: basically mass effect plus the implementation of Laser weapons(think 40k Lasguns and mass effect society) and nexus drives (Shaw-Fujikawa translight drive)
Types of beings that exist in your faction (All humans, mixed alien etc): Human and various alien minorities
Philosophy/Goals Etc: Expansion and co existence.
Brief History: Forged out of the fire of Civil war, the Republic was formed from several factions who's goal was an end to the militaristic totalitarian state that was the Belmore empire. While still prioritizing military, the Republic allows a great amount of freedom for its people. The nation has grown and flourished. The military is open to all citizens male or female and of all species.

Description: Janis is the very Ideal of Belmore society. Like the majority of the population Janis has Red eyes and brown skin. Unlike most Janis stands tall at six feet four inches. Dressed in the standard navy combat uniform this grizzled marine leads his forces with the training of and experience of his years.
Unique traits/Personality: Janis is a veteran of the civil war and as such experienced both the navel and ground battles.
Equipment: standard issue charcoal grey combat marine security body armor and side arm.
Brief Bio: Born in one of the remote alpine regions of largest 
Continent. Janis would call the little mountain town of r'lyeh home for the majority of his young life. He lived a normal life, he went to school and learned the government approved subjects and topics. At the young age of 15 the civil war broke out. Found to be in the middle of what was the Republics territory, Janis volunteered for service with the Republic marines. While he wasn't officially accepted until the age of 17 he would serve as assistant to a regimental commander until he was old enough. [/hider]
