It's the year 2020, 13 years have passed since the events of Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Tsunayoshi Sawada and his guardians are now the leaders of the Neo Vongola. Everything in his life is now peaceful ... which is why this story has nothing to do with him.

Instead our story starts out in Songen high school located in Songenka. This normal looking town with unique personalities gets shaken up unexpectedly when a new person shows up by sailboat and transfers into their second year class. Who is he? Why is he here? What are his objectives?

Well in his own words, "Me? I’m just a traveling craftsman. And I got a feeling that someone at this school has the potential to become a mafioso, you interested?"

Songenka is a town in the Easternmost part of Japan is a valley town that is situated in between a large mountain range and the pacific ocean. There is a natural barrier around that towns making it so the only ways to get there are through boat or plane. Although not exactly rural, Songenka is small and surrounded by farmland and is known for their fresh fish that fisherman catch early in the mornings.

Transfer student Romeo Viani arrives at Songen high and tries to make his fellow classmate into a mafia boss and others into his guardians. Along the way they get face off against many adversaries and grow stronger in the process.
