I noticed a lot of people curious about the otters and their ability to understand and or speak so I should clarify a bit, yes they understand you, no they can't speak like peoples, yes they know where all the books are, yes they'll help you find the books you want, no they will not appreciate it if you put the book back in the wrong place. And some of them will bite. If anyone cares about the otter that Legion just bumped into during my exposition, his name was actually Oscar lol
