 Basically what happened is that at the wedding of Prince Aemon Targaryen and Julianna Lannister, the Red Keep was attacked and traced back to rebel elements in the Stepstones. Now several characters are on a mission to infiltrate the rebels, the Scorpions, and end their insurgency once and for all.
