[@Captain Obvious] Good Cs but you underpowered the powers massively. If you are a type of ice dragon then you'd be able to shoot out an ice beam already, as well as control and manipulate ice and water. So that would allow you to have another power.

Pretty good so far. Nice detail. Keep in mind you'd be able to manipulate and control the fire as well. You other power is good too, you got a good idea on how to strengthen it later on. You could also control and manipulate the spirits later on, or simply force them to your bidding but that's up to you.

Anyway everything is pretty good. Just do your personality and backstory.
