Personality: Romeo is a carefree and playful kind of guy who likes to look at the positives in life despite his Stands dark and cold appearance. He hate being bored and loves meeting interesting people. Despite being extremely reckless he is rather intelligent, not being a genius but smarter than his classmates. He's especially good at keeping his cool, when even in dangerous and life threatening situations he can still keep calm enough crack a joke.

Bio: Born an orphan, Romeo is a high schooler who's bored with everyday life, he hates how every single day is the same mundane. In fact it wouldn't be far fetched to say that he fears mundanity. Because of this he is a thrill seeker, always willing to stick his nose into places it doesn't belong and getting in trouble with local thugs and law enforcement. 

One random day while looking for excitement he unintentionally becomes a spectator to a fight between two people who seemed to be able to destroy their surroundings without lifting a finger. One man seemingly able to create fireballs while the other teleports around. He quickly assumes that they have psychic powers (Actually Stands) and tries to get a closer look only for him to cry in pain as something stabs him in the back and he loses consciousness. 

Weeks later he wakes up in a hospital bed confused about how he got there and how long he's been there. confused about how he got there and how long he's been there. as these questions run through his mind he feels the rooms getting colder and colder not knowing what's going on until eventually across the room he sees what he thinks to be a ghost. When the doctor and nurses walk into the room to greet him he tries to tell them about the ghost only for them not to see it but still feel the cold aura the ghost released. Now realizing that he's the only one who can see it, he tries to ignore it only to find it follow wherever he goes. 

Weeks pass as he gradually learns he can summon and dismiss the ghost as well as control it to an extent. Now with his new spectral (Actually a Stand) friend, Ice Box, he goes back to his life of looking for excitement now with his cold friend watching his back.

Stand Name: Ice Box

Description of Stand: 
In its true form, Ice Box appears as a faceless, jet black, 6’10 male mannequin, a frosty aura surrounds its body with small shards of ice protrude from its body at random parts. In combat however, Ice Box dons a full set of knight armor made of ice that covers its whole body from helmet to greaves and protects it. Because of its facelessness and chilly aura, it gives off a very evil look. 

Abilities of Stand: 
Ice Box has the ability to turn water or water vapor within a 10 ft radius into ice and control it to a degree. It can only control ice in a 20 ft radius. Many factors affect how fast Ice Box can create ice but the two major factors are how cold the surrounding area is and how much water is around. 

When Ice Box dons its armor, it increases its strength and defense by using its power to control the ice armor and move them around in sync with its own movements almost like an exoskeleton. 

All the ice Ice Box controls and creates can be seen by regular people, making him look like a real haunted suit of armor to regular people. 

Weakness of Stand: 
Ice Box cannot create ice where there is no water where its to hot, therefore places like indoors or dry deserts make him useless. Also when Donning armor Ice Box becomes significantly slower.
